We have been involved in fuel service station design, construction, retail operation and maintenance services for over 25 years. Duplex / Triplex Development

A duplex development is basically subdividing 1 block into 2 or 3, which can be done either side by side or one behind another. Our recommendation will be to subdivide side by side as it gives street frontage to each house and may add more value to the house.

Multi-Unit / Apartment Development

A multi-unit / apartment development is the subdivision of 1 block into 4 or more. For multi-unit developments, there are a lot of other factors to consider compared to duplex/triplex developments, for instance, additional considerations must be given to driveway access, parking, power, sewage and solar orientation, which must all be satisfactory to the council before the development can be approved.
